Continues to be a fun read. The emotional bits hit a little harder than before. I especially liked the way the story was told through flashbacks. Hits a little different in the modern era, where you're not sure all of humanity could come together to save the species. I guess that's what makes it science fiction.

Great concept and frame. Enjoyed the arc of the novel and the characters. Good sciencec, good adventure, good Weir novel.

Weir definitely has a style; it's one I enjoy. The issues the characters face are explained succintly with scientific reasoning. The protagonist is quippy, realistic, and driven. Not terribly long, but a good read.

Mathy but fun sci-fi read. Genuinely laugh out loud moments.
