Astro Bot

Delightful romp. The game oozes style and sets the bar for how the haptic feedback and adaptive triggers can be used in games. The world is vibrant and varied, doubling down on the Sony nostalgia. I especially liked the pastiche levels of other PS games; they really did their homework. Being able to play the levels fast or slow was good too - you only had to to find extra bots if you were excited to. The boss fights were only ok (all of the combat was, really) but the game is delightful anyway.
