Avengers: Infinity War

I've watched this movie 4 times and given it an average score of 3.25 (out of 4).
I think this ages well now that we know it's just a part 1. It felt more emotional this time around
Still pretty good. A lot of character moments and build up for what's next.
Much better the second time, knowing this is really just part 1. There's a lot of good character work that happens, with especially big payoff for those who have followed these characters for such a long time. Some great small interactions. Pretty good action, but with so many characters we didn't get a lot of good time with really anyone.
Like, it's a lot. Not a lot of small scenes. GoT problem of tons of switching scenes constantly. Definitely ends on a grim note. More than anything, it felt like we're missing the resolution. We got our first half and and are waiting for the second half. I think it'll be better on a second viewing while I'm not trying to process the action and the emotions, because there were some good ones in there.
